Full-time / part-time · Throughout the Netherlands

Full day-to-day management of exclusive private homes and business premises
First point of contact for clients, residents, family and guests
Coordinating and directing maintenance, cleaning, garden, installations and other suppliers
Planning and supervising work and renovations
Safeguarding the quality, appearance and condition of the property
Spotting matters that need attention before they become problems
Building and maintaining a reliable network of high-quality suppliers and craftspeople
Organising work around homes and property without burdening the client unnecessarily
Monitoring work and making sure agreements are kept
Providing careful reporting and feedback when required
Being available for ad hoc situations and unexpected matters
Complete discretion regarding the client, their family, assets and property

You are exceptionally service-minded and have an eye for detail
You are presentable, discreet and reliable
You think ahead and do not wait until someone tells you what needs to be done
You are a strong organiser and effortlessly keep several matters under control at once
You have excellent communication skills
You are used to working at a high service level and with demanding clients
You have a strong sense of responsibility and take decisions independently
You are flexible and understand that this role goes beyond a standard nine-to-five job
You have an excellent feel for quality, appearance and etiquette
An existing network and demonstrable experience in the highest private or business segment are a strong plus
Experience with exclusive property, private estates, family offices, hospitality or comparable services is a plus

Salary in line with the Dutch collective labour agreement for private security, depending on position, role and experience
